Bilyaletdinov set for exit

Everton have agreed a deal to sell Diniyar Bilyaletdinov to Spartak Moscow for £5m taking a substantial loss on the player.

The 26-year-old has found life difficult in the Premier League, since his £9m move in 2009 from Lokomotiv Moscow, and he has now brought to an end this chapter of his career.

He has negotiated his own personal terms and will finalise the deal once his medical has been completed.

A statement from Spartak read:"Spartak have reached an agreement in principle with the English (club) Everton and 26-year-old midfielder Diniyar Bilyaletdinov for a transfer to our club.

"The contract will be signed after the medical examination."

David Moyes will be hoping to be handed the £5m he receives for the player so he can make his own additions in the transfer marker to an already weak squad.
